Want to update an image? It’s simple! Just hover over any image on your website and click the Change Image button. You can upload your own images or choose from millions of stock photos. Any images you upload will be saved in your Media Library, making it easy to reuse them elsewhere on your website.

ABOUT ME

I am a Reiki Master, Energy Healer based in Streatham Hill, London. As a mum of two, I understand the impact that stress and anxiety can have on our mental and physical health. After years of struggling with IBS, anxiety, and panic attacks, I discovered the healing power of Reiki. My personal journey with Reiki has been deeply transformative, leading me to offer holistic healing services to help others heal from physical and emotional ailments caused by trauma, illnesses, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, menopausal symptoms (and more).

I am passionate about the well-being of women, parents and children by awakening their own natural and powerful ability to heal. I also volunteer at a local primary school, providing Reiki to neurodiverse children with ADHD, autism, ASD, sensory processing disorders who find it difficult to cope with the demands of school. I also run bespoke Reiki & Meditation Women’s Circles within SW16 and surrounding areas. Fully DBS checked.

Reiki Healing | In-person

Feel instantly calm and nurtured the moment you step into my treatment room. I offer Reiki sessions tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are seeking relaxation, stress relief, or emotional healing. During the session, I put my hands on or hover above different parts of your body where I act as a conduit and ‘plug’ you into receive the Reiki energy. I also incorporate meditative music, crystals, aura scanning, and essential oils in my practice to enhance your healing experience.

My treatment room is at Revive Yoga at Balham or Tooting. Alternatively I can come to your house (location dependant) for an extra cost.

First session - 75 minutes including a 15 minute consultation and post-session debrief £90

Follow-up sessions - 1 hour £80

Children's sessions available on request - from £30

Reiki Healing | Distance

Reiki is just as amazing without the need to be in-person. This is a great way of receiving healing if you’re travelling or can’t face leaving the house and want to be in the own comfort of your own home! The results are exactly the same. You go into a deep meditative state and can sometimes receive deeper healing as you subconsciously feel more comfortable letting go in your own environment. Read the FAQs section for more information. Trust me it 100% works.

First session - 75 minutes including 15 minute consultation & post-session debrief £70

Follow-up sessions - 1 hour £60 or £50 if you book 3 or more consecutive sessions

Reiki + Meditation Women's Circle | 2 hrs and 30 mins

Bringing together a group of women to fully relax and recharge in an intimate, safe and nurturing environment. This sacred space allows women to be seen, heard and empowered to connect, heal and transform.

This popular event is run by me alongside Dharbi Modi who is a highly experienced (7 years+) Meditation Guide. During the session, Dharbi will lead the guided meditation whilst I conduct the Reiki in the room and on individuals. Crystals, sage, essential oils and herbal teas are included to enhance the healing frequencies. And like any great party, you will also walk away with a goodie bag.

Did you know?

Reiki is used by the NHS to treat people with cancer alongside their treatment, as a complementary therapy. Studies suggest it helps reduce pain, anxiety and accelerates the healing process.
