I went to Elaine, through recommendation of a friend. From the moment I walked in her door she put me at ease.

I had never tried this alternative type of therapy, It was new to me, but I was in need of some healing after a tough life experience.

Elaine is such a kind caring soul, the experience was so special and nourishing, helped me work through a lot, as a result I became more self aware of what’s going on for me.

It’s a beautiful form of healing, I can’t recommend Elaine enough x

Having Reiki with Elaine was a wonderful experience. Elaine is very gentle in her approach and really puts you at ease, she makes you feel safe and protected. I thoroughly enjoyed my healing session with Elaine right from the start until the very end. Elaine really takes her time with you and ensures that you receive the most out of your session, she explains everything in detail and really helps you along your spiritual and healing journey… I cannot wait for my next session and would most definitely recommend. My daughters have been seeing Elaine for Reiki sessions and it has had an amazing effect on them. Both daughters have been struggling, one of them has ASD. They were both sceptical to start with but Elaine made them feel comfortable and relaxed. We saw the difference after the first session when they were both much calmer. They have been asking for sessions when the summer holidays finished as they missed having Reiki during holidays. 

I had number of Reiki sessions with Elaine. Usually when I have massage or do Yoga for relaxation, I find it impossible to completely switch off. During Reiki sessions with Elaine, I experienced complete relaxation for the first time in my life. My mind did not run off anywhere but I switched off and felt completely relaxed and calm after it. I could not recommend this more, especially for people who find it difficult to relax.

I love my sessions with Elaine. I always feel immediately calm and at ease. She’s amazing and what she does, making you feel so safe throughout the session. Reiki with her has helped me in more ways than I ever could imagined and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Elaine hosted a women's reiki circle which I arranged with her for myself and some friends. We all absolutely loved it. The whole experience was calming and enriching from start to finish with us being gently led through a guided meditation and then having Elaine move amongst us performing reiki. My Fitbit showed by heart was as calm and relaxed as I had ever seen it for the duration of the session. It brought tears, it brought deep and real emotion and it was a powerful experience to share together. I'm looking forward to hopefully arranging a solo session soon as well. The next day I woke up to sunshine and ice crystals and feeling very peaceful and grateful 🙏

I visited Elaine on one of her women workshop sessions, which was just a amazingly welcoming and warm environment. I arrived not knowing what to expect and not familiar with reiki. I came out of the workshop with a sense of love and calm, like I had never experienced.

Elaine is just amazing at what she does. She is open, kind, caring and sends her love through her healing. You feel wrapped in warm light the entire time. I highly recommend Elaine and I look forward to seeing her again.

Elaine's warmth and her gentle and positive approach to my son has made our Reiki mornings (at school) something we all look forward to. My son visibly calms and seems more settled in his body during sessions and comes out ready to face the strains of the classroom.

Reiki with Elaine has been fantastic for my daughter, age 8. She really feels as though it is her special time to connect with herself and re set her energy. Elaine creates a welcoming and warm environment which encourages calm and wellbeing. Specifically my daughter enjoys discussing the chakras and stones which represent them. Having struggled with emotional regulation I feel that Reiki is helping my daughter to understand her needs and to guide her journey.

Elaine is simply amazing. She always creates a calming and positive atmosphere allowing both vulnerability and openness. I had never tried anything like reiki before and I had a wonderful experience. This followed by a chat and a cup of tea with Elaine, allowing me to reflect properly on the journey I had just been on. I've had Reiki with other practitioners and found them to be a little stand offish and not as open and relaxing as I would like. With Elaine it is the exact opposite. She has a calming presence and is so open and caring through our sessions. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would definitely recommend Elaine to everyone.
