A 50% deposit of the treatment cost is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance will be payable at the time of the treatment.

To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

• Less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. 

• Less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up for your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment fee.

Payments are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
