These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and Elaine Stewart (“the practitioner”) for Reiki and wellbeing services.

Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Services

Reiki and wellbeing sessions are designed to support relaxation, balance, and self-healing.

They are complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or psychological care.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via email or my website.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality and respect.

Personal or health details are never disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed in advance.

Accepted methods include bank transfer or PayPal

5. Disclaimer

Reiki and wellbeing services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you are under medical or psychological care, please continue consulting your healthcare professional.

6. Sharing Experiences

With your permission, your feedback or experiences may be shared on social media or my website — either anonymously or with your name, depending on your consent form.

7. Limitation of Liability

While all care is taken to provide a safe and supportive experience, you acknowledge that results vary individually, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
